Anglia's LINKFresh Selected For Canadian Egg Business L.H. Gray

Canadas L.H. Gray and Son has awarded Cambridge base Anglia Business Solutions Ltd the contract to implement LINKFresh, a Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution. The application will manage L.H. Gray’s supply chain operations, which include Farm Operations, Rebate Management, Finance, Customer Order Fulfilment, Logistics, Distribution, Production & Inventory Control and Integration to L.H.Gray’s Diamond Egg Grading equipment.

The system also includes advanced integrated Mobility Applications for QC, Warehouse Management, Pallet Tracking and EDI.

According Anglia, the contract was awarded because LINKFresh is based on Dynamics NAV, it has egg-specific functionality and Anglia has industry knowledge.

“We carried out a detailed search for a suitable system for our egg grading and packaging operations from leading global software suppliers” said John Leith, Chief Financial Officer, L.H. Gray.

“On finding the Microsoft Dynamics NAV based LINKFresh suite, we were pleased to discover that the package had already been successfully deployed I a business similar to ours.  It was also clear from our research that Anglia fully understood the challenges of the shell egg supply chain industry,” added John.

The system will be deployed at the L.H. Gray’s Head Quarter in Strathory, Ontario, together with operations based in Listowel and Elmira, and will be implemented by Anglia in partnership with Canadian based Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner Second Foundation Consulting.
