Buy As You View (BAYV) Chose K3 and Welcom to Implement Microsoft Dynamics Solution

Buy As You View (BAYV) chose K3 and Welcom to implement an integrated finance and customer relation management (CRM) solution based on K3’s Microsoft Dynamics AX Retail solution and Welcom will build a customer-centric solution based upon Microsoft Dynamics CRM (XRM framework).  According to K3 this is the first fully integrated system of this nature to be developed in the UK, by UK business for a UK customer.  The solution when finish is to offer Buy As You View salesforce and managers a 360 view of customer activity and improve BAYV's multi channel customer engagement.

According to K3; from the CRM interface BAYV call centre and regional operations users will have real-time access to Welcom’s Financier core lending engine and K3’s Dynamics AX retail solution.  The completed integrated solution will offer “greater efficiency and customer transparency by linking in real-time, online trading, finance, loans and customers service with supply chain repair workshop and router tracking.”

K3 has also announced that they are acquiring the trade and certain assets of Pebblestone in the Netherlands, a Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions specialising in the fashion industry.  K3 initial consideration is 1.4m, payable in cash, with a deferred consideration of 0.6m payable over the next five years and carries a coupon of 6% until settled. Pebblestone has about 140 customers including Levi and Van Bommel.
