Dyno-Rod Does Final Push With Dynamics CRM
British Gas owned Dyno-Rod, a home and business emergency service business specialising in drains, plumbing, alarms, glazing and emergency locksmith services, has chosen Microsoft Dynamics CRM SaaS solution. Dynamics CRM will be rolled out across the business by region. The system will be available to engineers on smart phones and other on-the-road devices.
Dyno-Rod has chosen Dynamics CRM because it has out grown its current system, which is custom built for the business. About Dynamics CRM, Dyno-Rod said “said the new system can be tailored by staff to suit their preferences, and is able to accommodate the wide variety of jobs placed. It was also cutting the time needed for administrative tasks.
The implementation is being managed by SecureVirtual, a UK IT hosting services and consultancy business. To date there are about 240 Dyno-Rod staff that are using the new system – after a trial period of about two years. Since April they company has started a one-year rollout to the rest of the staff body across the business.
Using the CRM system, engineers and support staff can track jobs and see customer details, and office staff can process orders and invoices. The system connects with British Gas’ core customer system, with data being transferred to British Gas’ systems overnight.
