K3 Bought Dynamics NAV Solutions Provider Clarita

Sage reseller partner FD Systems sold it Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions business to K3 making the fourth company acquired by KC3 over the last four months.  The acquisition of Clarita Solutions from FD Systems will boost K3 manage service business in the UK.

First it was Hampshire-based Sage reseller Panacea for £1.7m and FD Systems Sage 200-focused business unit for £1.25m before the end of last year.  Coming into this year it was Linby based Sense Enterprise Solution, a Dynamics AX solutions provider in a £2.45m deal. Read more »
