Buy As You View (BAYV) chose K3 and Welcom to implement an integrated finance and customer relation management (CRM) solution based on K3’s Microsoft Dynamics AX Retail solution and Welcom will build a customer-centric solution based upon Microsoft Dynamics CRM (XRM framework).  According to K3 this is the first fully integrated system of this nature to be developed in the UK, by UK business for a UK customer.  The solution when finish is to offer Buy As You View salesforce and managers a 360 view of customer activity and improve BAYV's multi channel customer engagement.
